This was one of my first long-term projects with Lowe's. I was tasked with the creation of a tool that would assist visitors to the website in finding the appliance that best suited their needs, based on a set of questions centered around attributes of their appliance of choice.
I was given wireframes and asked to create an experience that was both exciting to use, but also positioned Lowe's as a friendly expert in the field of appliances. This project went through several iterations, but I was able to work closely with marketing and merchandising departments to guide the project to a solution that satisfied the needs and desires of the business partners.

This project was done in partnership with the Lowe's marketing team and Energy Star affiliates to position Lowe's Home Improvement as a leader in energy efficiency, as well as an expert resource in the field of energy efficient products. I worked closely with the Lowe's team and the Energy Star affiliates as well as 3rd party vendors to develop a mood that communicated a clean and efficient way of living while still adhering to the Lowe's tone and representing the Lowe's brand.

I maintained an orderly workflow constant communication with the project manager, the information architect, the copy writing team, as well as the team of developers to ensure the project stayed organized and on schedule. It was crucial that I be a leader on the project and provide valuable direction because I had to interface with multiple copy and development resources and divide the work evenly between players. I was able to keep a cohesive view of the project and facilitate healthy communication between team members, and the project launched smoothly and on-time, despite several setbacks at the outset of the project.

This website was made for a property development company who reclaimed several dilapidated buildings and rebuilt them into beautiful structures that could be inhabited again. Crosland wanted to communicate that their commitment to excellence was such that they are willing to personally sign their name on properties they build.

I received a print ad campaign and was asked to build a website that accurately reflected the brand voice and was consistent with the rest of the campaign.

This website was made for LKW Development company to showcase the beauty of their housing developments and properties near Lake Wiley. I worked closely with the client to guide them through the process of deciding what kind of tone would best represent their family company and attract the kind of visitors that would be interested in their offerings. Together, we found that their audience wanted to see large, beautiful images in order to make a call to the company, so the website features galleries of images with deep color and beautiful views. I worked alongside the client every step of the way, maintaining expectations, advising their decisions, and calming uncertainty about this new experience with the internet.
